Congratulations to Jeff Bridges who took home the Best Actor award last night at the Oscars for his role in Crazy Heart. The film also won Best Original Song for its theme The Weary Kind by Ryan Bingham and T Bone Burnett. DCA is showing Crazy Heart exclusively in Dundee until Thursday.

Congratulations also go to Kathryn Bigelow whose film The Hurt Locker came away with Best Director and Best Film; to Christoph Waltz for his portrayal of an SS officer in Quentin Tarantino's Inglourious Basterds who won Best Supporting Actor; and to MoNique who won Best Supporting Actress for her role in Precious. All these films screened at DCA in the last few months and are worthy Oscar Winners!
