After a fantastic opening last weekend, Discovery Film Festival 2011 continues this weekend with more of the best international films for young audiences. Join us on Sat 29 October for the ever-popular Shorts for Wee Ones and intergalactic adventure Space Dogs 3D. Make your own astronaut kit at our Space Dogs workshop, or join us at the Art Cart and get inspired by Torsten Lauschmann's magical exhibition. On Sun 30 we're showing beautiful Japanese animation Light of the River, with a special mask-making workshop before the film. Aurelie Laflamme's Diary is a funny and touching coming-of-age tale, while at the Discovery Youth Screen Awards you can watch some of Scotland's best youth films this year. The weekend concludes with a special Halloween screening of Shaun of the Dead and a zombie gaming tournament to get you in the goulish mood!
