The glitz and glamour of the Oscars is almost upon us. If you can't make it to Hollywood or your invite to Elton's bash got lost in the post, we are here to help! DCA is screening almost all of the nominated films throughout February and March.

Upcoming titles include: psychological ballet drama Black Swan; the new Coens’ western True Grit, the Melbourne crime family saga Animal Kingdom; the latest offering from Iñárritu, Biutiful; the beautifully-crafted portrait of a relationship Blue Valentine; the true risk-taker story 127 Hours and the triumph and tragedy of The Fighter.

In the past year, DCA cinema-goers have had the chance to see nine films nominated in the 2011 Oscars including Inception, The Kids are All Right, The Social Network, Winter’s Bone and Toy Story 3, all up for the Best Picture.
