Join Louise Kirby, for an afternoon of making. Using the techniques of relief printing, stitch and appliqué, Louise will demonstrate how to embellish your very own eco-friendly reusable shopping bag.

Experienced printed textile designer Louise Kirby, creates her own collections of hand printed luxurious silk and wool scarves under the name Kirby Textiles. Her designs can be found in galleries and shops nationwide, including our very own DCA shop.

Louise has teaching experience within both educational and community settings and likes to share her passion for pattern, colour and stripes.

Participants must be 12 years or over.

Tea, coffee and biscuits will be provided. Please feel free to bring a packed lunch or enjoy a treat downstairs in Jute Café Bar.

Tickets are available from DCA Box Office; we advise you to book early as places are limited.
