Aardman’s first feature film follows the adventures of a flock of repressed chickens who, led by plucky Ginger, keep trying to escape their prison camp farm. They think their saviour has come when Rocky the Rooster arrives, but when he turns out not to be the miracle they hope for they have to take matters in to their own hands.
