Every year the Man Booker Prize promotes the finest in fiction by rewarding the very best book; it is one of the world’s most important literary awards. On the eve of the 2012 Man Booker Prize announcement, this year’s shortlisted writers will be reading and discussing their work in front of an audience. The event will be chaired by one of the UK’s favourite broadcasters, James Naughtie.
