Rodney Copperbottom has a dream: to bring his inventions, which have made his father’s life easier, to robots everywhere. He travels to Robot City, hoping for a job at Bigweld Industries, but soon learns that times have changed, and now, valuable old robots are being scrapped in favour of new, shiny, and expensive products.
