Join us for a long weekend of family fun in Gallery 1, Create Space and DCA Cinema.
We're celebrating spring with three days of fun activities, workshops, drop-in sessions and film screenings across Gallery 1, Create Space and DCA Cinema.
Spring Holiday Pop-up is back for 2025, taking place from Fri 28 to Sun 30 March. The DCA Learning team are taking over Gallery 1 and filling it with art materials, activities and a space for wee ones to play. Outside the gallery, the main wall becomes a blank canvas for a giant mural. Come and add your vinyl and help us create a bold, bright and colourful collaboration.
In Create Space, we've got a host of bookable workshops to get involved with. There's a special edition of Messy Play for ages 0-3, as well as workshops for all ages with Family Print Lab and Family Art Lab. Spend some time creating together and make your own prints and works of art. Each session will be different and tickets are Donate What You Can from £0 to £8.
And new for this year, we’ll be continuing the fun in DCA Cinema with Discovery Shorts for Tinies. These screenings mix short films with interactive activities and make for the perfect cinema introduction for wee ones.
