Family Activity at DCA September 2019

29 August 2019

We have lots of fun activities for families at DCA, from film screenings and workshops for teens, to free creative activities for all ages. Our monthly calendar brings all these things together in one place to make it as easy as possible for you to plan your family fun. It includes our popular Bring a Baby screenings, Discovery Family Film Club (DFFC) titles, family workshops, the opening times of Create Space and more! With events suitable for all ages, as well as those targeted at wee ones, middle ones, teens and tinies, there's sure to be something to suit everyone - even those big kids at heart.

The summer holidays are now a distant memory but there's still lots of family fun to be had at DCA this month. Download our September calendar here.

Ahead of Discovery Film Festival in October, we'll be revisiting some of our favourite short films from last year's festival with Discovery Family Film Club and Relaxed screenings of Discovery Shorts 2018. The film fun doesn't stop there - there's Disney's live-action remake of Aladdin for you to enjoy!

Elsewhere, get prepared for new activities popping up in our Create Space from Sat 14 September. These link to our new exhibition by artist Alberta Whittle and will provide ways for the whole family to connect to the work on show.

We hope you find this calendar helpful but if you require any further information give us a call on 01382 432 444. You can also keep up to date via our Discovery: Families at DCA Facebook page. See you soon!
