New films from Fri 18 Sept

#DCAcinema

17 September 2020

We're looking forward to a new week of fantastic films at DCA cinema! You may have noticed that the way we’re sharing our programme has changed since we reopened. We’ll now be announcing our new films for the coming week every Thursday. If you’d like to have this information sent direct to your inbox then subscribe at the bottom of the page and set your preferences to 'Cinema'.

When you're booking tickets, you'll see our new seating plan that automatically allocates your seats to ensure social distancing while making the best possible use of our limited capacity. This should provide more flexibility when booking, but if you have any problems our box office team will be very happy to help, and can be reached on 01382 432 444.

If you've enjoyed a trip to DCA lately, we'd love it if you could share your experience on Twitter, Facebook or Instagram using the hashtag #helloDCA – we really appreciate your support on social media.

More about this week's new releases:

Rocks (12A)
Stripped down, urgent, and bristling with energy, Rocks follows a girl who sees her foundation yanked out from under her, and who must find help – and a new family – from her equally precarious friends. A beautifully crafted, witty and empathetic portrait of teen life in inner London.

Find Rocks tickets here or book our Seniors screening

White Riot (15)
Rubika Shah’s prize-winning documentary explores how the 1970s London protest movement Rock Against Racism (RAR) challenged British fascists head-on with passion, defiance and of course, great music. A timely and very relevant film, this vital documentary is full of present-day echoes.
