Planning your visit

Please book in advance wherever possible: you’ll be sent an e-ticket for any activity that you book which you can show on your smartphone to reduce the need for printed tickets. If you don’t have a smartphone you can print your e-ticket instead, or our box office team will be happy to print a ticket for you when you get to DCA.

You can still buy tickets at Box Office on the day of your visit. Please use contactless payment, or pay by card, wherever possible. 

If you are a registered user of our Print Studio and would like to book a session please contact the team at printstudio@dca.org.uk or on 01382 432 475 at least two days in advance.

At DCA

You are welcome to wear a mask during your visit to DCA. 

You’ll find hand sanitiser available on your arrival to DCA and throughout the building. We will be continuing with our enhanced cleaning schedules, so you may see team members cleaning in parts of the building during your visit.

We will be continuing with allocated seating in the cinema, so you can select your seat when booking. 

We support the Distance Aware scheme.

Ventilation

Our ventilation systems throughout the building have been checked in line with the latest advice. 

Refunds and exchanges

If you need to cancel or postpone your visit because of illness or self-isolation we’ll be very happy to offer you account credit at the value of your tickets, to use whenever you’re able to.

In the event that we have to cancel an activity, a full refund will be available. We might offer you the choice of a refund, account credit or a donation. This information has been updated in our terms and conditions which you can find here.
