Japanese Brush Calligraphy

Course date: Sun 4 February (one-day workshop).

Gain an insight into the ancient art form of 'Shodo' - the ‘Way of the Brush’ - with artist Campbell Sandilands. Experience an ink grinding meditation to centre and still the mind. Experience drawing a Zen circle, draw numerous characters using different styles of calligraphy, and explore the use of various kinds of brushes.
