Online Shop Delivery and Returns
All our Online Shop deliveries are sent by either tracked courier or Royal Mail. When the shipment is ready we will contact you by email to confirm shipping and tracking details (if appropriate).
If you would like your artwork to be delivered outside the UK, the order may be subject to import duties and taxes which are applied when the delivery reaches that destination. The Consumer is responsible for payment of any import duties and taxes.
Delivery of Shop items and Publications
Once an order is placed it will be dispatched within 48 hours excluding weekends and public holidays, unless otherwise stated. You will receive an email confirmation when your order has been dispatched.[jr1] We operate a next day delivery service for UK though this may vary depending on postcode and access. We shall not be liable for delays and/or failures in delivery if access cannot be gained to the delivery address. Delivery dates are not guaranteed but we will do our utmost to ensure goods are delivered by the stated date or soon afterwards. If you have not received your order within seven days of placing your order please contact our customer service team to investigate the non-arrival. For customers outwith the UK, please allow 14 days before contacting us.
Delivery of Editions
DCA Editions will be shipped within 5-10 working days. We take great care to pack all artworks to high standards and make every effort to ensure that they arrive safely, securely and undamaged. If for any reason we foresee additional delays with delivery, we will contact you to let you know. We will of course aim to get your artwork shipped to you as quickly as possible.

Cancellations and Returns
We hope that you are happy with your purchase; however if you are not, please return it to us within 28 days of receipt and we will be happy to exchange it. While Dundee Contemporary Arts takes every precaution to ensure all deliveries reach you in good condition, we cannot accept responsibility for any damage sustained once a product has arrived at the delivery address. Goods should be inspected upon delivery and any goods that arrive in an obviously damaged condition should not be accepted.
If Editions supplied to you are in an unsatisfactory condition or if you have any other complaint about the Artworks we ask that you contact us immediately at email@example.com.
Return postage charges are non-refundable except in the case of faulty or incorrect goods.
Before returning an order, please complete a returns form and include it with your returned goods. If you wish to exchange a product for a specific replacement, or the same item in a different size or colour if applicable, please make this clear on your form.
Under Distance Selling Regulations, you have the right to cancel an order with us within 14 days of receiving your order. To do so, please complete a cancellation form and include this with your returned goods. Goods received without a cancellation form, or a cancellation request in writing, will not be processed. Refunds resulting from order cancellation will include delivery charges, but will not include the cost of returning goods to us. Any items returned to DCA as a result of an order cancellation must be received in the condition that they were sold.
We ask that you take reasonable care when handling products and return them unopened, unused and in the original packaging, where possible. Please note that when returning an item, the goods remain your responsibility until reaching us. We recommend using a recorded form of delivery for your own peace of mind when returning items.

International customs or duties and any applicable sales taxes are not refunded for shipments outside of the EU. A customs declaration, clearly indicating that the package contains ‘returned goods’ must be completed and attached to any package being returned from outside of the UK. We will not pay unpaid customs or duties in order to receive back returned items.

Unfortunately we cannot accept returns of earrings for reasons of hygiene.
In the rare event that goods are delivered faulty or damaged, please contact us within 30 days of receipt at email@example.com so that we can arrange for a replacement or refund. If an item develops a fault within six months of delivery, we will attempt to have the item repaired in the first instance; if unsuccessful, we will arrange for a replacement or refund.
Please note that items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.
