Bring along your own book and be be guided through its repair by Emma, an accredited book conservator with the over 20 years experience.

Need to know
- What to bring
Bring along a book that's in need of some repair. The tutor will assess the damage on the first evening.
- What to wear
We'll provide aprons and gloves but recommend wearing old clothes as printmaking can be messy. Please note that open-toed footwear and sandals are not allowed.
- Food & drinks
A sealed water flask or drinking vessel is permitted but other food and drinks are not allowed in the studio.
Meet your tutor

Emma Fraser
Emma Fraser is an artist and bookbinder based in Scotland. At DCA she teaches bookbinding workshops and advises on book related matters in the Print Studio. As an accredited Book Conservator she runs the Book & Paper Studio, a small conservation practice in Dundee.
