Drop in and Play Careers Spotlight

Duration: 1h
Dates: Sat 24 Jan 2026 11:30
Location: Centrespace

Interested in a career in games? Want to learn more about how your favourite games are developed?

Join us on Sat 24 January from 11:30 to 12:30 for Drop in and Play Careers Spotlight, and enjoy a series of short talks and introductions to careers in gaming.

You'll hear from established video game studios and independent game developers from right here in Dundee. There'll also be plenty opportunities to ask questions and meet people working in this exciting sector.

This friendly, informal event is open to anyone aged 12 and over.

Drop in and Play Careers Spotlight will be followed by Drop in and Play, DCA's free, drop-in gaming showcase which will showcase the work of local game developers, including games from this year's DunDev teams.

Drop in and Play is a DCA gaming event which was first held in November 2012 as part of NEoN Digital Arts Festival and Discovery Film Festival.
