Discovery Film Festival 2025

Welcome to the 22nd edition of Discovery Film Festival!
The festival brings the best family films from around the world to Dundee. Tickets for all events are Donate What You can – you can choose how much you’d like to donate to the festival, from £0 to £8. As well as our film screenings, there are creative workshops to enjoy, and don’t miss our exhibition from Lauren Gault, filled with sculptures and prints inspired by themes including myth, folklore and farming.
Join us for our opening day on Sat 25 October for an exciting line-up of films and creativity, plus delicious cakes courtesy of our friends at legendary Scottish bakery Fisher & Donaldson.
