Exhibition Preview: Adrián Balseca and Francis Dosoo

Join us to see Francis Dosoo’s, Portrait of Dorothy Gale and  Adrián Balseca’s, In the Forest Ruins, before the exhibitions open on Sat 16 May.

The two exhibitions will run simultaneously, with Ecuadorian artist Balseca's first presentation of work in Scotland in Gallery 2. Consisting of newly commissioned print, sculpture, and moving image works, the installation follows the journey of natural rubber from rainforests of the Amazon to the Michelin Factory on the banks of the Tay and beyond. In Gallery 1, Edinburgh born artist Dosoo presents a newly commissioned exhibition that takes Diana Ross's portrayal of Dorothy Gale in The Wiz as its starting point in an immersive installation centred around a new moving image work.
