Family Activity at DCA

We host many fun activities for all ages at DCA, from film screenings and workshops, to free creative activities and online resources. To make it as easy as possible for you to plan your family trip, our monthly calendar brings everything together in one place.

Start May with Discovery Family Film Club. We have joyful animation Hola Frida! showing with English Subtitles or with English Dub at our Relaxed screening.

This month we'll be busy giving Create Space a new look, including an exciting display called Make Now, Think Later! While the space is closed, you can still find fun activity sheets and art materials in Information Space. Family Art Lab will be back with activities linked to two new exhibitions, there's more Messy Play, plus you can explore the galleries with your wee one at our Bring a Baby Gallery Tours.

If you're coming along to DCA to enjoy some family activity, don't forget that you can extend your visit with lunch in Jute Café Bar (you can even colour in the kids menu) and a trip to our shop, which stocks some great toys, books and pocket money friendly games.
