For small to mid-scale events, meetings and presentations our quiet and comfortable Meeting Room offers a flexible, highly equipped space on the top floor of DCA.

This light and airy room offers numerous flexible layouts along with great views and is an impressive spot whatever your event.

  •  Illyama 86’ Touch screen (Motorised to allow for wheelchair users and children) with whiteboard function
  • LG 65’ Support Screen
  •  4k Aver Tracking Camera
  • AVKANS 4k PTZ camera
  •  Room ceiling mic for hybrid meetings, plus wired and wireless mics with digital mixing options
  • Bose 400w active speakers
  • Catering as required – which can also be delivered to  a connecting room depending on your event preferences
  • Ability to connect Wirelessly, by HDMI and/or USB-C and remotely
  • 500mb/1gb fibre connectivity (Cable or Wi-Fi)
