DCA Editions

We regularly work directly with artists who are exhibiting in our galleries to develop limited edition artworks for sale. This gives you the opportunity to acquire affordable artwork by critically acclaimed contemporary artists while supporting our future programme.

Having our generously equipped Print Studio at the heart of the building means that editions can be created in-house, enabling artists to move between processes as the project evolves and to work alongside our experienced team in a deeply participatory manner, actively engaged in the process.

Artists we have made editions with include Turner Prize winners and nominees Martin Boyce, Richard Deacon, Anya Gallaccio, Lucy Skaer, David Shrigley, Ciara Philips and Jane and Louise Wilson. Our editions are held in collections including the British Council Collection, National Portrait Gallery, Tate Gallery, The Government Art Collection, The McManus and the Victoria and Albert Museum, London. We also regularly publish and co-publish books as part of our curatorial programme, often working directly with artists. Each publishing project is an open creative process and distinctive in its scope and format.

Our Editions are available to buy online, in person at DCA Shop, and at the various art fairs we attend both nationally and internationally. We also participate in the Own Art scheme, which allows you to take out an interest free loan to spread the cost of buying artwork (representative 0% APR).

The proceeds of every Editions sale are channelled back into DCA’s artistic programme, helping us to continue sharing compelling contemporary art with our audiences. For further information on editions or our publishing programme please contact editions@dca.org.uk
