Join us for a one-day introduction to our laser cutter.

Learn how to laser-cut and engrave hand-drawn, computer-generated and photographic images onto different materials such as paper, wood and Perspex. 

This course is perfect for artists, designers and individuals who want to explore using CNC technology to make print matrixes and plates.

Need to know

  • What to bring

Please bring along an image to work from on a memory stick. A notepad and pen would also be useful.

 

  • What to wear

We recommend wearing comfortable shoes. Please note that open-toed footwear and sandals are not allowed.

 

  • Food & drinks

A sealed water flask or drinking vessel is permitted but other food and drinks are not allowed in the studio.

Scott Hudson

Scott Hudson is an Artist and Printmaker who practices in multiple printmaking mediums. He works as a Print Studio Coordinator at DCA as well as coordinating Dundee Print Collective, State of Print and Print Festival Scotland
