Activity Sheets Inspired by Francis Dosoo and Adrián Balseca

Make a leaf, design some shoes, create your own mascot and more, all inspired by the exhibitions Portrait of Dorothy Gale and In the Forest Ruins.

In Gallery 1 Francis Dosoo's exhibition, Portrait of Dorothy Gale, features films exploring Diana Ross’s portrayal of Dorothy in The Wiz (1978), a reimagining of The Wizard of Oz. Find out more about the ideas behind the show in our Easy Read Guide.

In Gallery 2 Adrián Balseca's exhibition, In the Forest Ruins, features a giant inflatable Bibendum (Michelin’s mascot), a garden of plants and printed cards hung from the ceiling. These all look at the link between Scotland and the Amazon, focusing on the the journey of natural rubber from the rainforests of the Amazon Basin to the Michelin factory on the banks of the Tay and beyond.
